Meet McClurkan

Join us for a gravesite visit to honor Trevecca’s founder, J.O. McClurkan. Each year we take time to pay respects to McClurkan at Mount Olivet Cemetery. This story-filled time will offer a deepened appreciation for Trevecca, especially during this milestone 125th anniversary year.

Join the Trevecca community for praise and worship at one of our weekly chapel services.

Downtown Bridge Lighting at Dusk

Happy Birthday, Trevecca! The Korean Veterans Memorial Bridge in downtown Nashville will display purple and white lighting to commemorate Trevecca’s 125th anniversary throughout the evening.

Founder’s Day Chapel

Dan Boone will present his last lecture during his final Homecoming as Trevecca president. Join us for this special gathering!

Viewing of “Upside Down: Paul’s Message of New Creation”*

Join Trevecca film and religion faculty members and students for a 30-minute screening of a documentary capturing the group’s recent trip to Greece, where they explored the rich history, culture and religious heritage of this remarkable region.

 

H. Ray Dunning’s 100th Birthday Reception*

Professor emeritus H. Ray Dunning’s 100th birthday reception will immediately follow the film screening.

Town & Country Showcase*

Trevecca has always had a wonderful array of talented musicians as well as great storytellers. This year's event will feature songs and stories that highlight significant historical markers from selected presidential eras. The songs and stories will be presented via a live radio show with the help of WNAZ alumni announcers.

Homecoming Cheer Camp*

Join us for our annual youth cheer camp with the Trevecca cheer team. This event is for ages 4-14. Participants will receive a T-shirt and be invited to walk and perform with Trevecca cheerleaders in the Homecoming parade. We will teach TNU cheers, stunts, dances and basic fundamentals.

One BIG Reunion*

Join other friends from your decade as we all celebrate our part of Trevecca's 125 years! This is where we take decade photos and give away Trevecca SWAG! See friends and former professors, remember the fun together and even say thanks to the Boones at their last homecoming as President and First Lady.
